Okay so this is how it all went down, in year 2024, the world had changed everything to Electricity, the world ran on electricity, fossil fuels were no longer the fuel of the world. North Korea over powered the American forces in South Korea and had forcefully made the two separated countries into one, once again. With the backing of a newly inspired Soviet Union, Korea gained an upper hand in the war against the allies, in the year 2025 China fell under pressure and gave into to communist Korea and the Soviet Union, Surprisingly Cuba stayed neutral, this changed however when Korea Sent a Stealth bomber over the US, but this bomber dropped EMP charges instead of nebular bombs, sending the American Government into a frenzy not only were all weapons destroyed but everything was wiped out, the following six months the Axis powers, China, Russia and Korea EMPed all opposing countries until they were the only countries with electricity. The Allied Forces fought until the axis destroyed and assassinated the leaders of the allied forces. China, Korea, and the newly amped soviet Unions, became the worlds largest powers. The Refugees were forced to either live without technology or move to the designated areas under control of the Communist Counsel. Over the years The world shifted, with the Allies forced underground three Factions Came to existence, The Yard, based out of England, Karasu, Based out of Japan, and The Society based out of The USA.
Each faction had their own leaders and these leaders needed to gather, and they need a way to protect them selves, the factions scientists delved deeply into different ways to combat their enemies and soon settled on genetically engineering humans with things of legend and myth, Vampires and Werewolves were no longer stories but scientifically engineered human beings.
