OP you seem to fail to realize absorbing senjutsu is not the same as absorbing NE. Madara absorbed Hashi's Senjutsu chakra to use Sage Mode while Sasuke's body absorbs Orochimaru's Senjutsu chakra from the Curse Mark.

Neither Uchiha ever absorbed NE directly like the SM users. Therefore they can't use Sage Mode without training their bodies to balance NE with chakra.

Well, that's because Sasuke's DNA was compatible to Jugo's Chakra and Madara contained Hashirama's DNA which made him compatible to his Senjutsu.
