im sorry i didnt understand the last section but where do you get that you have to be raikage speed or higher im pretty sure sasuke dodged itachi's amaterasu in their fight. also he was trying to kill him it said in the manga that they had to try to kill him or they were screwed and if your refering to him extinguishin amaterasu it was originally meant to kill but he thought it had already incapacitated him so there was no point in letting it kill him.

Mange chapter390 page 4 first slide i think that the first slide was the second amaterasu itachi used and it missed and the third one hit him even if the second one chased him down it barely caught him and sasuke wasnt moving increadibly fast bee is faster than sasuke was at that point when in V2mode also sasuke wasnt as experienced with amaterasu as itachi so i think he could easily have dodged it in V2

im not tryin to sound disrespectful but you are totally wrong A dodged amaterasu easily his arm cought on fire when he purposly smashed sasuke while he was cloacked in the black flames if Bee went V2 could have easily sunk one of the TB arms underground like naruto does and used it to get under susanoo without fear of an amaterasu cloak
Facts:
- Taka went all out trying to kill bee. They didn't hold back (stated in the manga)
- Bee wasn't taking them seriously. Rapping while fighting, going tailed beast form randomly (he didn't have a reason, as stated to hachibi).
- Bee dealt Sasuke death blows, and KO'ed Suigetsu
- Bee saw an opportunity to escape the village, which is why he fled. Not because he was losing the fight.
- At the end of the fight, everyone in Taka was almost killed, while Bee didn't have a scratch on.
The fight never actually had an ending, since Bee fled. But if it had continued, Taka wouldn't have stood a chance with Suigetsu, and Juugo out of the fight, and Sasuke having been mortally wounded twice. All the while no apparent damage to Bee (sure Amaterasu burned him, but he seemed to come out all right out of it)
- Taka was there to capture Bee, NOT kill him. They didn't go all out till the very end of the battle, when suigetsu suggested that they need to go at him with the intent to kill, otherwise, they won't win. Manga fact.
- Those rapping parts are mostly comic relief. Sure, he wasn't going for the intent to kill, but, he wasn't all that lax either. His two fatal blows on Sasuke prove that he was taking them a bit seriously.
- Sasuke also dealt Bee a death blow with Amatersu, and Suigetsu deflected his full fledged Blast. That is a hell lot of feat for a ninja his level. Makes Bee look too stupid.

So keeping all these facts in mind, you couldn't be more wrong. If the fight would've continued, Sasuke would have ended it with a simple Amatersu, killing Bee, or kidnapping him.

A is much faster than Bee. Right at the beginning of fight, when Sasuke dodged one of Bee's attacks, he commented that only his brother had ever dodged it. A cut off his arm to prevent the flames from spreading, otherwise, he would've been dead too. There is nothing in the manga to suggest that Bee is faster than A, or Sasuke. Or he can dodge amatersu flames, when A couldn't.

it seemed like he was well aware of what would happen he saw it as a good opportunity to hit him so he sacrificed his arm i think that bee would be just as capable of dodging amaterasu as long as he was in v2 mode moving at top speed

A is deffinitely faster than Bee but i would be fairly confident that a V2 bee is faster than sasuke since he kept up with him while writing the raps he isnt the fastest but he isnt slow by any means.
