If Bee would have appeared again, Sasuke would have taken him on with Amatersu, as he awakened it when Hachibi appeared. He could use genjutsu to knock Bee off for a few moments and attack him. Medical Ninja are a huge part for ninja team's so i'm actually the one that understand's she was a big part of there success. I wasn't that one that said she doesn't count because she doesn't inflict damage or the combat type.

I don't see how? Chidori did nothing to Bee, Kanton did nothing to Bee, Sasuke couldn't even detect Bee's movements even with a sharingan. He got out-classed in Kenjutsu by Bee, and completely negated Sasuke's attempt at using a genjutsu on him. Bee didn't even need to transform to defeat Taka at that time, if anything it put him at a disadvantage because he became a larger target for Amateratsu.
