Here is why (perharps) dance is so important to Madara.
Madara could be inspired by Kenshibu: a dance with swords - and it means "sword and poetry dancing". So Uchiha. Such Madara.:Maddy:

Or .... the Warring States was heavily influenced by the Sengoku period. And that's when dance was sacred. Because every dance was represented just by important priests -and only them could see the dance.
This is based on the Legend of Amaterasu, who took refuge in a cave because of Hayasusanoono Mikoto, his brother, but got freedom due to the dance performed by Amenouzumeno Mikoto. Of these manifestations, other styles of dances originated.
Since then, dance took an elite and magical air in Japan.
