Go to facebook, and click "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Enter-button, Right, Up, Down" on your keyboard and look what happens.
To reset it, log out of facebook and back in.
Worked for me, got some weird circles each time I clicked something.

What the..I remember that input !!Its actually a God-mode cheat for Twisted Metal (psx game) except for pressing ENTER.Lol

Its either a javascript function that reads key strokes and if this combination is met execute this code on the a(links) tags when onmouseover or onmousedown or its a flash animation but more then likely javascript because actionscript keyIsDown() does not map right in macs keyboard and some euro keyboards as well.

Apparantly it don't work when you try it on linux ubuntu either...
or it might be in combination with the fact that I got a norwegian keyboard
