Well basically its about fighting against each other for example:

I jump and throw a kunai at you and then I do:

(Kikaichuu) - Destruction Bug

Rank: D
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: -14 form opponent if the bugs have a hold of him/her(-10 per turn to feed the bugs)
Damage Points: 20-80 depends on the jutsu
Description: The user summons a host of bugs form there very own body.This justu does not require any chakra sense the bugs do all the work.
Damage Calculation:Small holds=20, Medium Holds=40,Large Holds=60,Super Large Holds=80

Basically its just trying to block the opponents' moves and then retaliate with your own attack ..<

I dodge it with Shadow clone jutsu combined with Subsitution jutsu making the target feel confused enough to be striked by my Naruto style Rasengun.

Yesh something like that, but truly fight you have to know your limits, Rasengan is considered to be a higher rank and therefore you can't use it yet >.< Thats why you have to train with senseis xD

To start out a battle you should each post a link to your Bio and decide up on terrain. During the battle, you can preform three moves each (not including basic taijutsu/weapon techniques that don't require the use of chakra). As Genin you are restricted to E rank jutsu, 300 chakra, and 350 health. Other than that battling is pretty straight foreward. I suggest you read the Battle Arena Rules thread if you need any more info.

like:

Pierce them with needles.

The papperbomb/needles converge on your neck.
