Lets just say hyperthetically Kabuto did summon Chiyo, Kimimaro and Dan back to that cave...Itachi could have easily sealed them with the totsuka blade and don't forget Sasuke could have distracted Kabuto long enough for Itachi to deal with inferior ninjas...Sasuke Susanoo is pretty powerful in its own right...it has a sword made of Amatarasu, an orb of Amatarasu sitting in its third hand, a shield, and it shoots arrows not to mention he can cover it in Amatarasu with his blaze release...I do believe Sasuke could have held Kabuto off long enough while Itachi sealed those 3 up

I hate people thinking Kabuto is in top 10 because of the edos. It most likely took him a whiiiiiile to get all of those edos ready. The edos aren't a part of kabutos strength. That's like saying kabuto is as strong as all his edos combined. I'm not denying that he isn't string but just not as strong as people seem to think

I never thought of Kabuto as one of the strongest characters, he has some badass jutsu in his arsenal, but that's about it.

Even in sage-mode he only used long-range techs, everytime he came close to itachi, his attacks were countered.
He's a nin-jutsu & gen-jutsu master, but he's suck at hand-to-hand combat, which I guess wouldn't make him physicaly strong.
I always think of him more as a coward,..

I have to be objective here, Kabuto (with edo tensei) is definitely within top 10 (or more), but the point is none of the power which he got was really his to begin (the reason why Orochimaru easily took back all of his powers) with, and his arrogance (not using any Edos to fight the Uchiha bros) sealed the deal

If Itachi didn't take Izanami out of his ass, (he even died twice by my count, even with Sasuke's help),

it would have been nearly impossible to beat him... that is unless if Sasuke decided to showcase the true power of the EMS

Kabuto is defeated, stripped of his SM abilities. If he was so OP he wouldn't have been discarded like the used tampon he is.

Oru did not take his DNA back, you can not take dna back by simply touching someone, he only took the chakra that kabuto burrowed from ankos curse mark, fact! Before the curse mark, kabuto never had a once of oru chakra, he only had the dna.

Dragon sage mode was a ability he gained on his on no help from oru, he found it and was trained by a SAGE fact! He never stated that "because of oru im able to be a sage"

Now as you can see, oru never had the ability to become a perfect sage or use sage mode. So how could oru take back something he never had???

Kakashi: has obito eyes, learned 1000 jutsus because of obitos eyes etc etc

Why ppl keep bringing up kabuto with edo? really? first of all to summon a edo u need to sacrifice a body and u need the persons that u want to summon DNA, either way u cant summon it and if u put them in a 1vs1 fight why u keep saying edo?to do what kabuto did in the last war was like years and years together with oro to search for the adns, so ur theories kinda fail, so im gona say kabuto is stronger than itachi and maybe than sasuke right now , he has shown some creazy feats so he is definetly in my top 10...
