My training template is as follows..
Ancalagon's Training Method
So every sensei has a teaching method they prefer. I've created an original one that is listed below with the criteria you should complete for every technique..
1. Explain yourself performing the technique in a well detailed description. Necessary hand seals, nature and shape manipulation should be included as well.
2. List advantages and disadvantages of the technique.
3. I will post a counter to each technique you learn. Depending on what I post, tell me if it is a good or bad counter, and the reasons why. Don't focus on ranking as much for this, just focus on the properties and characteristics of each technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so:

(Fūton: Fūsajin no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Dust Wind Technique
Type: Defence
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes
Focus your chakra, and then release it from your mouth. Use the current of wind to lift up a large amount of sand and dust from the ground. Then direct this gust of sand and wind at my clone, irritating his eyes for a few moments.

-I focus my Fūton chakra and feel it flowing through my body. As it flows, I then channel it to my lungs. After, I release the Fūton chakra from my mouth, aiming at the ground in front of your clone. As I do so, the dust and sand gets picked up in the gust, creating a dusty sand wave of air, heading for your clone. It then gets to your clone, in and around the eyes, momentarily decreasing your vision.-
Advantages- This jutsu momentarily irritates the eyes of the enemy, making it hard for them to see. It also creates an opening for a secondary assault. From the defensive side, this jutsu makes it hard for your enemy to aim at you and set their feet on trees.
Disadvantages- This jutsu relies on its surroundings. If there is no sand or dust, this jutsu won't work too well. Also, this jutsu can easily be knocked back via a stronger Fūton technique.
Medium. I consider this jutsu to be medium because it requires no hand seals, yet it still has to cover the entire area after lifting the dust and sand up from the ground.

You should only transform your chakra once it leaves your body. I want you to actually use the terms nature manipulation and shape manipulation.

Releasing the Fūton, I begin to imagine a huge wave, such as one in the ocean. I the use another form of advanced chakra control. Using shape manipulation, I change the shape of my shapeless chakra from my mouth into the form of a large wave of wind from a short range, aiming at the ground in front of your clone. As I do so, the dust and sand get picked up in the gust, creating a dusty sand wave of air, heading for your clone. It then gets to your clone, in and around the eyes, momentarily decreasing your vision.-
After we get this down, may you show me what your response would have been? I want a clear example of what you are expecting, and it will make things flow a bit better from here on out. I want to be the best student I can be! ^_^

Okay, then I have successfully learned my first Wind jutsu! By the way, I'm not trying to be a suck up, but thanks for the way you train people. Some might find it a nuisance to have to say so much, but I realize that you're doing it for us. This is going to help me learn AND understand as well as be able to apply correctly. So, once again, thanks ^_^

(Fūton: Sensougouheki) - Wind Release: Rumbling wind wall

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.
Focus your chakra in front of you, to create a spinning wall of wind. This should be strong enough to repel kunai, shuriken, etc. that are thrown towards you. This can be used up to short range from you, so any location within that boundary.
-Throws an explosive kunai-

-I focus my chakra (to my hands?). As it flows, I then channel it to my (hands?). After, I release my chakra by forcing it out of my (hands?) to 5 meters in front of myself, and as it leaves my body, using my Chakra control, I use nature manipulation to give my basic chakra the properties and characteristics of the wind and change my chakra to Fūton. When released, I begin to use shape manipulation to change the formless wind chakra being released into a wall of spinning wind that stands just above my own height. As your explosive kunai reaches my wall of wind, it is detonated and the kunai itself is deflected. As soon as I release the wall, I begin doing back hand springs and flipping backwards to avoid any and all explosive damage, thus leaving me out of harms way.-
Advantages- Can be used to stop in coming ninja tools such as kunai and shuriken, can be used to stop close range taijutsu attacks, can be used offensively by using another stronger wind technique following it to force it at the enemy when they throw explosive tags or smoke bombs and such so that they deal damage to themselves.
Disadvantages- If used and then enemy throws a smoke bomb, explosive tag, or other ignitable tool, it will go off as soon as it touches the wall of spinning wind, damaging the user, can be pushed back by a stronger wind technique.
I consider this jutsu to be fast. I believe it is fast because, without the use of hand seals, this jutsu creates a wall not mid or far range, but close range.

(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
While in mid-air, focus your wind chakra to your mouth, and release it in a thin but powerful stream. This stream should propel you at high speeds in any direction you choose. You have to maintain the stream if you want to keep moving.
-Kicks you in the chest, sending you in the air-
-throws a kunai to strike your neck-

-Flying through the air, I notice the kunai flying at me. Quickly, I focus my chakra and channel it to my mouth. After, I look straight up. I then begin releasing my chakra, I use my chakra control to perform a nature transformation, transforming it from basic chakra to Futon, matching the characteristics and properties of wind. As I release this wind from my mouth, I perform shape manipulation of the Futon chakra, forming a thin yet powerful stream of air. This stream of wind coming from my mouth pushes me straight down as I move my head to have it propel me directly at my teacher where I land directly in front of him in a Buzz Light Year type fashion.-
Flying or falling with style? Regardless, that was fun. I can't wait to use this to my advantage in battle.
Advantages- This jutsu can be used to dodge oncoming attacks, as well as propel yourself at an enemy for an offensive strike. On top of that, this jutsu, when aimed at the ground, can cause a dust cloud to form, concealing the user, making the user invisible to the naked eye for a short amount of time.
Disadvantages- When a dust cloud is formed, the user not only makes it hard for the enemy to see user, but also for the user to see the enemy. With that said, the user cannot come out of it guns blazing an expect to hit the target.
I consider this jutsu to be fast because it requires no hand seals, and is also used to counter high speed objects and attacks such as kunai.

Description: The user creates a huge stream of wind that carries rocks that lifts the opponent into the air where the rocks hit them.
Focus chakra into your mouth, and release a stream of wind. Use the wind to pick up rocks and pebbles, which will travel in the wind. The wind should push my clone into the air, where the rocks pound into him.
