This is how we will train:
I will first explain everything about the technique that you're learning and then you will do the following:
1. Explain yourself performing the technique in a well detailed description. Necessary hand seals, nature and shape manipulation should be included as well.
2. List advantages and disadvantages of the technique.Also try to make at least 3 for each and some that aren't obvious.Of course there will be some techniques for which it is impossible to do so.
3. I will post a counter to each technique you learn. Depending on what I post, tell me if it is a good or bad counter, and the reasons why. Disregard ranking for this, just focus on the properties and characteristics of each technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so:
1) Fast
2) Medium
3) Slow​

1 & 2: Fūton is one of the five basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by making chakra as sharp and thin as possible. Wind Release is mainly short to mid-ranged offensive techniques that combine brute force and keen precision to deal cutting and slashing damage.
3:Wind is strong against lightning because it is a natural electrical insulator but weak against fire because the flames are fuelled by air.
4: Wind Release can be used in conjunction with Fire Release to augment the strength of the fire technique.
Additionally, it can be used with Water Release to increase the latter's concussive and overall destructive power.
5: Wind is one of the elements that make up the KG of dust and ice release.
6: Asuma Sarutobi, Naruto Uzumaki, Temari, TenTen.
7: Divine wind, Wind cutter, great wind mask, Gale palm, an Vacuum wave.

No I don't known what you mean by special elements on narutobase.

An I guessed on Tenten. It never shows what her chakra type is an I thought thought maybe it was wind.

Weak to:Ice,it only decreases the ice's temperature.Dark,obvious,it absorbs it.Blast,ineffective.Dust,lack the power to counter it.
Strong to:Rain,can blow the clouds away.Storm,same as lightning.Boil,blows the mist away.Bugs.Sound,as air is the medium for sound.Shikotsumyaku.Paper,can blow then away and also,sometimes cut through it.
Special:Crystal cant cristalize wind.

Alright,before we can start learning Wind Release techniques you will need to learn how to harness and use your wind chakra.Here take this leaf and put it between your hands.I now want you to gather and focus your wind chakra within your body.Once you gather the chakra in your body,I want you to channel it towards your hands,feel the chakra flowing through your body,focus the wind chakra into one point of your hands.Now I want you to picture two wind currents,clashing against each other and grinding against each other.The two wind currents then begin to refining their edges,becoming sharper and sharper.Then picture a gust of wind caring some leaves and a tornado crushing everything in it's path..Now try to release the chakra that you have previously refined and sharpened in your hands and over the leaf and try to cut the leaf into half using it.Not your fingers I'm watching .-.

Okay. After hearing your detailed description and accepting the leaf. I begin to build up chakra within my chest. An funnel it through my arms and down to my wrists. With time I begin to manipulate the chakra into a fūton nature. I start imagining a strong gust of wind sweeping across a meadow of flowers. The nature of my chakra is now changing completely. The wind I'm imagining is blowing increasing stronger. The fūton chakra i created in my wrists, spreads to the palm of my hands, the leaf ive been holding begins to vibrate. Suddenly the imagine I've been picturing changes, a tornado drops down unto the meadow. Meanwhile the air around me on the training field begins to hum and whistle. In my mind the gusts from the tornado crashes violently against the wind that was sweeping across the meadow, as the wind across the meadow fights back against the tornado's gusts, all the flowers an tall grass between the cuts evenly and swiftly in the blink of an eye. With that image in my head, I release all the fūton chakra I built up in my palm and it rips through the leaf as if it wasn't even there at all. The leaf is shredded into tiny finely cut slivers.

Two things:The leaf rips in half,not it shreads.
You don't change your normal chakra into Futon chakra,as elemental chakra is different from your regular chakra so it is focused as Futon chakra in the first place.

Description: The user creates a gust of wind that layers an area in loose sand and dust. Doing so also acts as a sandblaster on the surrounding area. This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. Focus your wind chakra in your body and once you gathered enough,stream it towards your mouth.On the way,sharpen the chakra and as it enters your mouth use nature manipulation to convert the chakra into wind,then exhale it from your mouth while using shape manipulation to form a wind gust that carries some sand and dust towards me,blinding me.

As the wind gust is caring sand and dust towards me I create a wall of wind in front of me that stops it from getting into my eyes,is this valid?

Are you telling me we have 2 types of chakra in our body at all times? Regular chakra and elemental chakra? Because I've never heard that before. I've heard you convert your chakra into the element you have affinities with.

as per your instructions I begin channeling windchakra deep in my chest. For help I begin imagining the gusts sweeping across the meadow aagain, this helps me change the chakra into actual wind. Once I feel I have so much built up that I'm gonna burst, I begin channeling it up to my mouth, picturing how sharp I want the wind all the while. Once its near my mouth about to be expelled outwards, I use element manipulation to change it into a strong gust capable of picking up dust and sand from around the training grounds and blasting straight towards you.
Pros:
*Its good for blinding the enemy or just hindering their movements as it prevents gaining a foot hold.
*It could be used to blow away incoming kurnai or explosive tags.
Cons:
*Its a low rank technique that can only be used at short range.
*If used while battling on a water source it wouldn't be useful because there would be no nearby sand or dust to blind the enemy.

Yes I believe your counter the wind wall is sufficient for stopping the particles of dust and sand. If it can hinder a taijutsu attack or a explosive tag, dust and sand shouldn't be a problem.

Well I have red so in a training some time ago but I can check and not just two for example there is special chakra Uchiha clan members use to activate their Sharingan.

I don't doubt you word Senpai. It was just a new concept to me that's all. An speed? How so? You mean I didn't do the technique fast enough, or I didn't specifically state how fast the gust was moving towards you?

Oh wow I did forget that part. My apologies Senpai, I would rate it 1 fast. The reason I rated it fast was because of its low chakra requirement, also it doesn't require the use of hand signs making it a quick and effective technique.

Focus your Futon chakra and then channel it to the front of your body.While you channel it,make it as sharp as possible and once done,release it from your body.As you do so use nature manipulation to turn it into wind and shape manipulation to form a spinning wall of wind from it in front of you.

As you make this wall,I throw several paper bombs at you,will this protect you from them?

I hear your instructions and begin, remembering the feeling from before that comes from building up Futon chakra I begin to do so again, this time with ease. I start transferring the chakra to the front of my body all the while making it as sharp as I possibly can. With the image of the tornado on the meadow fresh in my mind, I release the chakra in the form of a giant swirling wall of wind capable of protecting me from attacks.

Yes, as your paper bombs come into contact with my protective fūton wall they are instantly sliced as if there were many invisible knives swirling in the wall, which causes them to explode before coming into range of me.

Once again I would rate this as 1. Fast for the same reasons as low chakra cost and lack of requires hand seals.

Could you do a little more description on the nature/shape transformation thing.
And also you're wrong read the bottom part of the technique,where it is mentioned what happens when a paper bomb collides with this.
