Description:
The user will create 2 or more scrolls with an embedded sealing formula that connects them all together. As such, anything written in one scroll will appear written in all the connected scrolls. A very useful communication technique, it can connect scrolls regardless of the distance between them. To activate the scroll, the user needs to perform a key of hand seals that will be unique for each creation and only known to those the user wishes, preventing the use of the scrolls by those the user doesn't allow.
Not useful in battle, perfect for NW rp though..
*Taking two scrolls, Shinta writes an identical sealing formula on both scrolls to join them together in a manner of speaking. Shinta causes this set of seal to only respond to the Horse hand seal, and gives one to his clone. The clones runs to the other side of the field and scribbles on the scroll, having it show up on Shinta's scroll after he performs the Horse seal.*
I'm sure it could be useful in battles though some major stretches xD

- Important people can be absent from NW meetings and just give updates via writing.

- Not enough time to use it in battles, thus rendering it useless for themm

Description:
This is a simple seal where the user does 2 simple handseals and slams his ground on a surface. Upon that surface, a 2 meter diameter sealing formula circle of kanjis and markings spreads, activating the technique. Any enemy that makes contact with the formula becomes unable to mold chakra as the sealing technique drains his chakra and his stamina. If the enemy manages to escape the seal, he will recover use of his chakra.
Note: Usable twice per battle.
Pretty self explanatory, but a bit difficult to set up tbh
*Shinta performs two hand seals and slams his hands on the ground, causing a series of kanji to form on the ground around his clone, draining his chakra at a steady rate while preventing him from performing jutsu.
I can't fill out the template until I know the answer to something; does the seal prevent the target from walking out of the kanji or can the target simply step out of it?
(Juinjutsu: Hayaguchikotoba Shīru) Cursed Seal Technique: Tongue Twister Seal

Description:
This Cursed Seal was the one given to all members of the ANBU subgroup Root by Danzō Shimura, to ensure no information about Danzō or the organization could fall into the wrong hands. After Danzō died, the seals disappeared from all the Root members. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal speaks about anything incriminating related to Danzō or Root, their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. In the place it is applied, it takes the shape of three solid lines and two broken lines. The seal can also be applied during combat, and can secretly be placed on the opponent's body upon momentary physical contact. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, paralysing them. However, one can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra.
Note: Usable twice
Now, this seal isn't explained as thoroughly as the others in the manga, so a lot of it's ideas and backgrounds on how it works is guesswork, but the core concept is you create a seal that uses your chakra in a way as to bind the target should they speak out against you (not sure if it works solely in this way in the RP) by the seal activating and spreading over the body, negating movement and preventing them from speaking. It can be broken by a strong release of chakra, which I interpret to mean either a Forbidden chakra surge or S rank and higher.
Also not sure the template really applies to this jutsu. So I'll just ask questions;
Can this be used in battle to some actual use, since most of the time people rarely talk and they could simply meta-game their way from talking? Essentially I see this as only being useful in the NW against people you don't want to defect and spread village secrets about.
Also, how long does this paralysis last if they are unable to use a chakra burst of S or F-rank
