Fū was a girl from the Hidden Waterfall Village and the jinchūriki host of the 7 tails ,Chomei. Chomei was captured and sealed by the Akatsuki, which caused Fu's death when the tailed beast was extracted. Through Kabuto's Edo Tensei, Chmei seems to be resealed in Fu. Fu is the only known jinchūriki that does not come from one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, and she was possibly one of the jinchūriki that was captured before Gaara.
Personaliy & Appearance
Deidara of the Akatsuki claimed that Fu "despised humanity" because she was neglected and hated by her village because she's a Jinchuriki. Hmm where have we heard that before? But when Fu was with the other jinchuriki and tailed beasts, she was a cheerful and carefree girl. Its is also hinted that she is a tomboy because she says "ssu" at the end of her sentences whcih is usually used by boys. Fu has rather short, spiky mint green hair. The hair clip she wore matched her eye color(orange). She wore a short white shirt and skirt(similar to Sakura's) with fishnet armor underneath. She wore her headband on her right arm. She also carried a red cylinder shaped object on her back which we have no idea what is for.
Abilities & Jinchuriki tranformation
The only power of hers without the 7 tails that we know is that she can exhale a sparkling substance that shines so brightly that it blinds her enemies. Usually to create an opening for her attacks.
Fū has a huge amount of chakra and stamina from Chomei. How much control she had over her beast is unknown. When we see her under Edo Tensei she could form at least two of the beast's tails which she used as wings to fly.(shown below). She has been shown to be adamant in flying, being able to dodge several of Bee's attacks with Samehada and his other blades. Her "version 2" form is similar to Naruto's cloak when he did not have control over the 9 tails, except she can FLY xd. During the fight to capture Naruto and Killer Bee, Tobi forcefully transformed the revived Fu into her full Seven-Tails form. In this form, she takes on the appearance of Seven-Tails itself, allowing her access to the full extent of the beast's powers, including its ability to fly. Just like most other jinchūriki who can transform into their tailed beasts, Fū is also able to use the TBB
