Sasuke::::

awakened sharingan

replaced them with Itachi's
got the rinnegan

Obito::::

gave his eye to Kakashi as a gift
implanted a random sharingan and used as a sacrifice for Izangi
implanted the rinnegan in its place
madara took his rinnegan back and gave obito his original eye back

Danzo::::

was not satisfied with a single sharingan so implanted en sharingan on his body (now that's too cheesy)

Madara(the ultimate spammer)::::

spammed his MS and lost it prowess
took his brother Izuna's eyes and awakened EMS
spammed EMS and then awakened rinnegan
gave his eyes to nagato
implanted a random sharingan (old age)
spammed his EMS and Rinnegan as a edo tensei
lost his eyes when he was revived
implanted a rinnegan
then implanted kakashi's sharingan
again took that out and implanted the other rinnegan
and finally awakened another rinnegan(sasuke type)
