It seemed acceptable back during the Sasuke Vs. Itachi battle.
But now it seems Kishis decided to spam it.

Lets Count All the Times when Eyes were ripped out someone's face:
-Sasuke Took Itachis eyes (Reasonable)
-Danzos mutated arm with 12 sharing an
-Madara ripping out his own eye and giving it to Nagato
-Obito Taking Nagatos Eyes
-Madara Taking his eyes Back from Obito
-Madara Taking Izunas eyes
-And Last the most brutal in my opinion the drive by on Kakshis Face (or fly by ?????? jk)
