Ken Kaneki is a nineteen year old shinobi that wears a waiter uniform usually and during missions and other shinobi related activity, he wears a mask resembling a gimp mask that covers his right eye. The mask leaves his other eye exposed although there is a small slit in the other side to allow for vision from his right eye but doesn’t allow very much or any vision for people to see his right eye. The eye exposed usually is red due to the sharingan but during other times it may be its regular color, black.
Ken is of average height and slightly less heavy than most people his age but this may be due to his odd diet. He also has a habit after the experiments he underwent, he began wearing a cloak to cover most of his body to protect his identity along with the mask but also to allow for easier movement as compared to his normal attire. After the experiments, Ken’s hair turned out white along with black nails. This leaves him with a ghost-like impression to most people. Also due to the similarities in the mask, white hair, and sharingan, he is often mistaken for Kakashi Hatake.

Personality:
Ken Kaneki when he was first starting off was a natural young man with fairly normal interests such as studying and discussing philosophy with his friends. As he aged, he felt more and more disconnected with society but still kept his close hobbies such as reading and debating and his tastes in women reflected this as well. Ken is also very shy and reserved. He always had a positive outlook on life and was always gentle and many of these aspects he adopted from his mother. Due to his gentle nature however, he was often bullied and taken advantage of by his peers. Another aspect of his mother that he adopted was his indecisiveness and weak resolve to take action.
After the experiments took place, this personality was pushed back in his consciousness and another personality emerged from the torturer that conducted the acts upon him. This personality was ruthless and able to kill without hesitation. This personality however was still restricted by Ken’s resolve to not kill people but would kill if it meant to protect himself or those close to him. At this time, he also lost the indecisiveness that his former personality had and was able to form a strong resolve that would move him to action.

Background Info:
History:
Ken was born within the Uchiha clan's settlement within the Village Hidden within the Leaves and was born to a young couple. The man had been a powerful figure within the Uchiha clan's rebel faction that was gradually gaining strength within the Uchiha population and due to this, he was targeted for assassination early on in Ken's life. This occurred around when Ken was about four and left his mother alone to attempt to support her son and herself. Luckily there was a great deal of help from the rebel faction at first but it wasn't enough to sustain them for as long as they needed. There was also another factor to their pain, his mother's sisters continuously asked for money from her and to be able to pay for both families, his mother worked three jobs within the village. Within a few years, his mother had overworked herself and ended up dying at a young age.
Ken was forced to live with his aunt and the anger that his aunt had against his mother had spread to him as well. His cousin was a weak candiate for the academy at the time while Ken was considered to be a prodigy if his training continued. In a fit of rage, his aunt had him sent off with Lord Danzo as a tribute for money for her family. So Ken joined the Organization, ROOT, early within his life but wasn't able to stay there for very long. Due to the dealings with Orochimaru, Danzo eventually ended giving Ken to Orochimaru as a bargaining chip to experiment on. He was at one point a candidate for Orochimaru's new vessel but his body was weak with comparison to all of the other candidates. He was then forced to become an experiment for Orochimaru's various jutsu and genetic-changing elixirs. Due to the heavy stress he underwent, he began to develop his second personality and his appearance changed to match the stress. Orochimaru also experimented with the Sharingan within him and by manipulating his brain, he began to cause his Sharingan to act abnormally. One of these experiments on his Sharingan involved the usage of electricity on his brain to forcefully cause his Sharingan to manifest but it "flipped" a switch within his brain and caused him to adopt cannibalistic behaviors.
After it was deemed that he was a failure to continue experimenting on, he was forcefully discarded through tournament between other deemed failures within Orochimaru's hideouts. His new personality took over and he was able to kill most of the other failures. He was able to escape the compound after this tournament and knowing that he couldn't allow his identity to be found for fear of being a target of Orochimaru's, he created a mask that covered one of his eyes and traveled throughout the world attempting to escape Orochimaru's influence. He eventually gained the name "Eye-Patch Ghoul" and this may have resulted in his actions when the switch was "flipped" and he ate other human beings. During these travels, he happened upon an Orochimaru hideout that had many failures like him that had their switch "flipped" but they didn't have powerful Kekkai Genkai like he did and rather they were used as experiments for the Cursed Seal and had various effects on them due to it.
This group of people eventually found refuge within a tavern in Kirigakure named Anteiku and he decided to harbor any of Orochimaru's failures within the tavern and help feed their hunger. He knew that he had to control the hunger so to repel the hunger's push on his personality, he rationed the bodies he ate within small meat cubes that would satisfy his body for a short time but also allowed him peace of mind for a while. Anteiku gradually grew and by day, it went from a regular tavern to a tea shop with many employees that sought out the meat of the customers.

Their wings are designed in such way, that they are able to make hand seals (their wings have 5 feathers, this 5 feathers are used like fingers to make hand seals). Even though they are masters in their own field, they are old, so their capacity to fly at high speeds have decade, and they are only able to fly in a slow-mid paced speed. The keas can be summoned in the user's shoulders. If the Keas are summoned in the user's shoulders, they will strongly close their claws in the user's skin, sticking them in place (by doing so, the user loses -5 of health, but does not affect his performance). The Keas are unable to fusion to the user, has they aren't able to combine genetically.
