*Eye of the Moon Plan*

Tobi doesn't want to put the world in an infinite illusion by projecting his eye of the face of the moon using the Juubi's chakra, but actually use Amaterasu and burn it away (he will be on the moon). After that he will use Izanagi to create a new Earth where he will become the next sage of six paths and start humanity again!!!
