Obito projects his Sharingan onto the moon, but it is obscured by the silhouette of a dark butterfly. It is White Zetsu making finger puppets in front of Obito's face. "Look, Tobi, I can do a dog! Woof, woof!"

OR

Obito can't get his Official Eye of the Moon Projector™ to work properly, and ends up showing the entire world pictures of his business trip to Minnesota, most of which are blurry pictures of the plane. Or cows. There are lots of pictures of cows.
