After killing his opponent and collecting an extra set of sharingan eyes, Obito phases into the ground of the battlefield and reappears at the front door of the hospital. He calmly walks inside whilst inspecting the place, in the corner of his eye he catches sight of a sign that says, "Fill out the form at counter and be seated, Thank you." Obito then walks over to the counter and collects a form, he quickly fills out the form and takes a seat whilst awaiting a nurse or doctor to appear and tend to him.

Yahiko peeks out into the waiting room, spying the next patient in the waiting room. Oi, you seem pretty able bodied, what brings you here? He calls out as he gestures for Obito to step into an examination room just to the side of the secondary operation theater.
As the new face gestures for him to enter an examination room, Obito stands up and walks towards it whilst removing the sharingan eyes from within his cloak. "There is not much wrong with me, I just need one of these eyes implanted into my left socket." Obito removes his mask exposing his half, previously crushed face along with an empty left eye socket. "This is a procedure that requires great accuracy and experience. Are you sure you able to perform the task?" At that very moment Obito starts getting flash backs of the past. He remembers when he used to spy on Rin as she practiced her medical skills. Eventually she became one of the best medical nins in the ninja world and also the first person to perform a procedure such as this.

Seeing the container with the singular sharingan eye held within, Yahiko immediately knew what was needed to be done. As soon as Obito moved into the examination room and lay on the bed, Yahiko begins by sterilising his hands, Obito's eye socket and the replacement eye with aggressive medical chakra. I'm going to need you to sit still while I do this, so... As he says this, Yahiko manifests his chakra into an ethereal pure chakra serpent, that bites Obito and puts him to sleep. He then removes the eye from the container and examines it before performing the transplant procedure.
Looks like a butcher removed this eye... at least he could have brought the head so someone with an ounce of medical knowledge could have... Yahiko drifted off in thought as he finished the transplant, before setting off to repairing the damage sustained to the eye during the removal from the original owner. Yahiko causes the degraded cells to regenerate, repairing the small damage that would have reduced the eyes use to its knew owner.
Now finished, Yahiko wraps Obito's head in a bandage to cover his knew eye before writing a note on the unconscious patients chart and leaving the room. Patient is to not use this eye and rest for five days.
The procedure has been completed by a great medical shinobi. In the meantime, Obito lays unconscious until his new eye and eye socket is completely healed. There is lots to be done once Obito awakens, so these five days would be the last of his resting.
