I've explained the question about Kisame to you before. Kisame never knew Obito so he simply associated that face with Madara as he didn't know the real Madara either. Whether he really believed Tobi was Madara was not clear, but he likely didn't.

Does not have to mean that he can see through it. He might not have been aware of any white zetsu stuff on Tobi.
And if my memory serves me right, he heard about white zetsus shapeshifting, after Tobi took off his mask.

kisame saw tobi's face twice : 1st during yagura manipulation..2nd after itachi's death.....pretty sure kisame knew about w.zetsus shipshifting abilities...and he is not stupid to say that tobi is madara

If he already knew about it, than Tobi didnt need to explain that white zetsu was able to.
He explained about it, because Kisame didnt knew about it yet.
If Kisame is not fused with Samehada, than he is no sensor. He didnt notice that Guy's daytimetiger was not a chakra bomb.
If he didnt knew about white zetsus shapeshifting abilities, than it is save to say that he wouldnt have seen through it, if Tobi used some white zetsu goo to help him shapeshift into the face that Kisame saw the first time.
Even if Kisame already knew about the shapeshifting of white zetsu, than he still didnt know that part of Tobi's body consist of white zetsu. Kisame is deceived by Tobi.
