Well you should also take into consideration that the "Last" movie is going to be cannon. Now just think about that. a normal episode usually covers 2 chapters and in more rare cases 2.5- 3. A movie is like 4.5 episodes or something so it can actually cover A LOT of material.

A. Once Naruto and Sasuke finish their fight they can easily dispel IT just as Hagoromo said a couple of chapters ago.

Q. 2-the spiral zetsu : and his sudden apperance+ what happned to him..

A. Who cares. Is he relevant to the current story line? I don't think so.

A. We will find out soon enough.

A. What secret plan? Sorry, but he is no longer relevent. He has become a bystander, watching from the sidelines.

A. We have seen Madara in action, what more could we learn about him through the stone? And how much of the stone is even true, given that BZ rewrote it to revive Kaguya. To me there is nothing more to say about this topic.

Q. 6-the reveal of the rest of tobi's mystery explanations like how he he manipulated yagura...and how he slaughtred the uchiha clan...and why kisame and itachi called him Madara....WHAT DID KISAME SEE

A. None of these questions need to be answered in order for the manga to end. You may want the answers but that doesn't mean Kishi thinks they are important enough to cover in the manga.

I for one don't need to see exactly how all the Uchiha were killed. What would be the point of that? As for the rest? Don't care.

-some say Kishi will leave them for Naruto part 3....but IN MY OPINION there are only few plots and mysteries that could be delayed to part 3.....forexemple kishimoto might skip explaining how kaguya turned evil and needed a zetsu army to naruto part 3...but he can not skip revealing the rest of tobi's mystery explanations till part 3....it just deosn't make sense!! ...FOR EXEMPLE : kisame saw tobi's true face twice...thus for god sake why did kisame call Tobi Madara despite him being revealed to be obito??...KISHI HAS NO RIGHT TO IGNORE THESE IMPORTANT DETAILS....

3- Who cares about anko? Seriously though, she was used to revive orochimaru. For the moment, she's either presumed deceased or just incapacitated.

4- He's in IT for the moment. He could very well be the central antagonist in the movie, who knows?

5- True, we don't really know about that but yet again, the tablet could be considered completely false since black zetsu altered it to his desires and thus pretty much trolled the entire uchiha clan. The part about the eyes was probably true though.

6- Obito manipulated yagura. It was pretty much confirmed during the obito/kakashi confrontation. I'll admit that the kisame thing is still weird. Itachi was fooled by obito. The man he met was obito.

I've explained the question about Kisame to you before. Kisame never knew Obito so he simply associated that face with Madara as he didn't know the real Madara either. Whether he really believed Tobi was Madara was not clear, but he likely didn't.
