Explosions, shock waves, and dispersing mist!

Now those are some definitions of terms that get thrown around.
Explosions are basically what happens when Sakura hits the floor, she builds up massive amounts of chakra and release them in an instant.
Explosions will disperse any poison gas or mist that happens around the explosion.
As you can see from the fist pic the tent is unmoved and in a normal state, the second picture comes after Sakura lands a hit on Zestu.
Flaps raised because of the shock wave of her punch. The dust raised from the floor because of the shock wave of her punch.
Her punch created air pressure which pushed the flaps and raised dust from the floor. This air pressure will easily push mist or any other gases in the air.
Now the biggest shock wave comes with this punch. Mind you the name of the chapter where she shows this is called Explosion.
Naruto and Sasuke cover themselves from feeling a bit of the shockwave
Anyone caught in the force of the punch like the other juubi clones are going to get hit with a shock wave.
So Sakura's explosive punches can create shock waves, shock waves have the ability to disperse mist and injure opponents.
