In MS's translation, Tobirama states: "I should go to the place where that huge chakra WAS coming from". He sensed her, but he stopped sensing Kaguya, as she went somewhere else.
After that, Hiruzen states: "But that huge chakra just disappeared", which further proves this point.

Most of you probably know, but there's people who are still thinking that place is on Earth.
