explanation: why obito and kakashi have kamui and not amaterasu or tusukyomi

because, when you kill your best friend you get amaterasu in one eye, and tusukuyomi in the other, (having both you unlock susanoo)... then why kakashi doesn't have amaterasu and obito tsukuyomi (assuming amaterasu is in the left and tusukuyomi in the right).. i tell you why

because is not a MS, they didn't kill rin, or their best friend, so they didn't get MS, they did get kamui, because it's not a MS it's a weird tipe of sharingan.

so, in a paralel universe, where obito kills rin, he would unlock tusukyomi and kakashi amaterasu, and if obito steals kakashi's eye then he can unlock susanoo.

but in the real narutoverse, they didn't kill rin, so kakashi got offensive kamui and obito deffensive kamui, and if obito steals kakashi's eye, he wouldn't get susanoo, he would just get the mix of the 2 kamuis (more OP than susanoo imo).

Remind me again who the best friend that Itachi killed was? I thought Shisui was his best friend but he did not kill Shisui, Shisui killed himself.

Also remind me who was the best friend that Sasuke killed? I thought Naruto was his best friend and we all know he did not kill Naruto. And it was not due to Itachi giving Sasuke his eyes as Sasuke had amaretsu and susanoo before he got Itachi's eyes.

All characters have different MS abilities. The only reason why Sasuke and Itachi have the same is because Itachi transfered his abilities to Sasuke. Sussano is a benefit to all MS users who awakened MS in both their eyes. Or so Dr. Snakes says...
