2. Obito Uchiha
Obito is the 2nd Host of the jinchuriki even before becoming the host of Daidarabotchi Obito had 7 bijuu to his collection also MS and Rinnegan he was considered to be the strongest especially with Kamui almost an invincible jutsu when he became the jinchuriki he fodderized tobirama also Destroying the Hokages Barrier and Hashirama admitted inferior prior to this obito has shown feats even greater than Muscle juubi he's been destroying the kages naruto sasuke & the shinobi alliance he's performing the strongest genjutsu in the world tsuki no mi to control everyone in the world.
3. Kabuto Yakushi
Kabto is orochimaru Right hand man He has masterd Edo tensei the strongest Ninjutsu according to orochimaru kabuto also took on the uchiha bros he resurrection Madara uchiha his trump card the strongest edo in his possesion kabuto was also known for his experiments from orochimaru he became his ultimate vessel he was stated to be the closest to the sage before obito became the jinchuriki.

Orochimaru was kabuto former master/trainer he taught kabuto everything he knows He also knows edo tensei but unlike kabuto orochimaru only knows 4 edo tensei witch are the hokages who are held as the strongest 4 man team in history he has Hashirama in his collection also orochimaru knows alot more than he has put on also he has potent mokuton abilities.
5. Madara Uchiha
He is the strongest amongst the uchiha clan before current obito even now Madara still seems to think he can best obito when it comes to Seting off the tsuki no mi as it oringinally was his plan that he told obito about Madara has 1 rival that is Hashirama senju he bested Madara in the past but since then madara Has gained Rinnegan Edo Body and even Hashirama's Mokuton abilities Madara defeated the 5 kages and told then Hashirama is the only man that can stop him Madara named started a War Also the names itself means power.
6. Hashirama Senju
Hashirama is the strongest of the good characters at this momment He has defeated Madara multi times in the past most people would say even know they are a tie i put him behind madara because i belive madara also has hashirama sage mode Hashirama was held as god of shinobi for as long as he lived the new generation thought his power was a fairytale he even pinned down 2nd form muscle juubi while deflecting its tbb.
7. Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto is the main character also has a giant chakra pool naruto has been lending chakra this hole war also has took down 5 bijuu and broke obito's mask Naruto was comparable to hashirama from attitude & Power levels by Tobirama hashirama's little brother Naruto has even surpassed Minato his dad he's masterd sage mode with bijuu mode naruto power has increased alot.
8./9. Minato Namikaze/Sasuke Uchiha/Minato Namikaze/Sasuke Uchiha
Minato is naruto father the fastest shinobi in the world minato has owned obito in the past when he had MS alone minato's ftg is surpassed Tobirama also he can teleport anything his chakra come in contact with Minato was said to be the greatest hokage even though he served the shortest term as Hokage Minato has provided great help in this war
Sasuke is the 2nd and last uchiha to obtain Eternal Mongekyou Sharingan in the series sasuke has shown great talent when it comes to battles he is the only Uchiha to master enton to such a level tobirama even noticed that sasuke enton was on another levels sasuke also manage to use Perfect susanoo or atleast finale susanoo he is Naruto rival in the series sasuke has always seen naruto as weaker little brother but now he see's naruto on the same level as himself
