Sasuke didn't teleport there was nothing to switch places with.

The attack was obviously avoided by Naruto. That is why he was shown turning around and going back, instead of being sent forward. Not to mention, he had perfect control of his landing, I doubt he'd have that if he were actually hit.
Anyways, Naruto did appear to have dodged the attack, and not been hit by it.
Also, Sasuke cannot swap a target's location, unless he swaps with them. Note how whenever he uses the technique, he moves somewhere. Once he swapped with his sword, once he swapped with a Naruto clone. Either way, Sasuke can not teleport other people, he can only transport himself to another location with his S/T jutsu.

all of you are wrong, allow me to shed some light.
sasuke runs behind naruto pretty quickly and naruto notices theres a mosquito on his back at the same time
he turns around in a panic trying to slap it with his hand.
sasuke notices it too and tries to kill it to ultimate death with chidori.
naruto then tries to shake it off by jumping forward and turning around.
then he falls into the water, and as we know mosquitos are attracted to moisture because it makes it easier for them to suck things.
sasuke, being aware of ebola, knew it was possible that one of them could have already contracted the disease from an ebola patient and been carrying it with them.
so then he noticed a swarm of mosquitos homing in towards naruto. and he tried to destroy them all with 3 arrows.
then naruto panicked because of the misunderstanding and clash his gudodma with them.
was it really that hard to understand?

Clearly over exaggerating what happened because if you read the 2-3 pages after that hit Naruto is clearly seen landing safely onto the water and not "crashing down" like you say and was still fast enough to surmount a defense against the 3 PS arrows being directed at him.

Well, when I said teleport in front of him, I meant directly in a pierced state which he did to Madara when he switched himself with his sword. Also I know that Naruto would be quick to dodge that as well if he is shifted in front of Sasuke.
Also, I was sure in the past that he can teleport/shift anyone according to his wish but will need someone/something to be shifted when he shifts/teleports himself. Since I made theories over his abilities. But this time I don't know with what he shifted.

If naruto dodged it, why did he have to move such a large distance after dodging and crash into the water, if i recall he can fly can't he? Sasuke obviously didn't fully hit him either since there would be a hole in naruto's chest. Most likely scenario is that sasuke hit him but only partially because naruto dodged the initial impact point and the force from chidori sent him back or naruto blocked it with something. Either way it was external force that made contact with naruto causing him to go backwards not himself.
