only reason i think there will be one this week and that 643 was a late release is cause mangapanda posted it this weekend a couple days after the leak. why didnt they just post it the same time as the leak if that wasnt the offical one. usualy there policy is to use there own sources and not leaks. but who knows only time wil tell

Mangapanda just posted the same leaked chapter with the same translation. Based on the posted page in this thread, there is no 644 this week, but 643 should officially be released (i.e. better scans). The "pilot chapter" could be the one shot Naruto manga that preceded the real story.
According to this page the chapter that we received this weekend was part of a Jump bonus Issue and Shounen Jump will be coming out this week 08/19 as well
I think you are misinterpretting it. From what i can tell, it mentions COLOR bonus stuff(about naruto) and the original naruto pilot(where naruto is an actual demon fox, and his father was the 9 tails)
Then on wednesday, the new issue would come out(chapter 643)
This is because of a few things. One is the manga chapter raws were ALL in chinese. If there was an early release, then it wouldve been in japenese. Also *********** has not translated the pages, because they did not get it from their source. And ***********, does higher quality scans, and translations than mangapanda.
So i see it as unlikely, but i suppose it is possible.
I would love to be wrong.

well im pretty sure today is 8/19 and thats the day we get the special chapter..and two weeks after the festival. which if im right. is this wendsday they are giving us 644 because they said 2 weeks after the festival everything is back on schedual.. i could be wrong but thats what i got out of it
I'm pretty sure those dates do not apply to us. From what I've been told, our wed release is actually days earlier than the actual Japanese release, we just get early scans from naughty people.
So I suspect the 8/19 issue was 643 and 644 will be next week.
