So in other words the color system is flawed :|

Most likely the Kyuubi's chakra becomes orange when freed from its malice, hence Kurama being separate from Naruto, but still having the same color chakra mode.

Really??? cuz last time I checked the Kyuubi chakra looks like flames, and has the same color. Besides feelings and beliefs I see no proof

So basically only Sasuke can increase during that big timeskip? You said yourself that Sasuke got stronger during the timeskip, so why can't Naruto had done new stuff during the timeskip?

Naruto could have very well learn a lot of new stuff, but we can't assumed he did and give him made up feats..
