I think i an clear up any misunderstanding of what is happening to Madara Uchiha at this current stage in the fight

If you can see, the Rinnengan is dissapearing because when he was alive in his prime he did have Rinnengan! They crumble because sine hes being revived the real thing will cease to exist and only the real rinnengan resides within Black zetsu and the other is presumably in Nagato still or somewhere else being kept safe. think about it Obito isn't going to just leave a Rinnengan eye in Nagatos body to decay.

Both obito and Zetsu was saying the exact same thing, the fact that Obito was with Madara till the end and black zetsu has the knowledge of madara this is genuine evidence that Madara isn''t supposed to have the rinnengan currently, hence why they crumbled after Edo tenseis release.

Im not completely sure but notice how Madara keeps his eyes close throughout the entire chapter?? I don't think he has the means to see properly since Rinnengan has to evolve from EMS with senju DNA.
Because of this He needs Sasukes eyes so he can then implant them into himself to gain His sharingan once again. He doesn't have sharingan he technically has No eyes to see with! He was able to Absorb amatarasu as a last resort to the rinnengans effects waring off, in other words he was lucky to absorb it and done it before rinnengans effects wore off. Madara said "he could sense" and said "i see" as a way of summing up his analysis he couldn't actually literally see

An alternative outlook on this
If we look at Tsunade, she can heal on a molecular level. Because madara has this ability now due to Senju DNA i believe his eyes could come back through the means of healing however this theory has the least evidence. I say this because he said "untill my rinnengan comes back". Remember The eye is an organ of sight and Tsunade heals all organs. Apart from the brain of course.

He could mean getting it back from black Zentsu because remember its madaras will and Hes getting order from madara

Meaning he may just get rinnengan back by healing but the more logical theory is that black zetsu is helping him.

The spinning i think uses chakra or lets off some sort of small indication of its use, its possible to think Madara could sense the detail in his Sharingan

Yeah makes more sense but If you can heal organs with Tsunades Byakugo and they eye is an organ its not wrong to assume.

Yes its not wrong to asusume but zetsu was taking Rinnegan from Obito,, so just make more sense
