Explain a scenario for part 3

Basically from your own knowledge of the series explain the arrival of a new antagonist, and try your best to make it sound legit as possible and not a total ass pull.

well with orochimaru lurking around he could try and do what he did in part 1 and steal either sasukes daughter or bolts body, madara could be alive from using izanagi but he would be weak af and a could antagonist for the new generation, indra could come back as a final villain or something. new characters could come in also

It's probably gonna be more of a comedy like the rock lee mini series. If their is any action it'll probably be sparring, training or them dealing with low rank criminal.

A more skilled member of the Jashin cult who hates Naruto and Sasuke for being forces that keep the peace. Restarts the cult by recruiting criminals and works behind the scenes to destabilize the peace. Targets Naruto and Sasuke's children.

Adapt the sky Ninja plot from bonds(have them hate Konoha for destroying their country in the past)...the way he did with with sora and the Kin Gin bros...but this time actually make the villain who gained the "ultimate body" open all 8 gates.
