I'm hoping that this just means that Madara has greater knowledge on the Rinnegan; and more destructive power. But, Nagato has the skill with the paths we've seen and can make them work together more fluid like. As like, when he was revived and healthy.

What I'm saying is Nagato mastered it to the full extent in which he can use it. MAdara is the one who actually unlocked it and has senju/uchiha blood. So only he can use it to it's full potential.

wrong, it's a well known fact that senjutsu enhances all other techniques, so naturally this includes Dojutsu.

And sage mode doesn't heal, it's Hashi's random healing factor doing that.
