Kabuto also implied that Obito could have had Jiraya's and Shisui's dna.
And if we take into account that squadron of strongest shinobis' coming their way to fight against Madara and Obito it's obvious that to balance things out they will be forced to use Edo Tensei.

Don't forget that Kishi hasn't showcased us the following ninjas:

2. Second Raikage, Second Kazekage and 3rd Mizukage
3. Sarutobi Sasuke
4. White Fang
5. Kushina, Mikoto and Fugaku

I really like this theory!! But as I stated in a similar thread, Kabuto didnt show Obito the correct seals (hes not that stupid), and Madara would not be able to use this jutsu as he is an edo himself and that wouldnt make sense (its like a summoning having a summon).

It'd be OK with me. I don't think obito was thinking. Collect this DNA to perform Edo tensei. Before he learned it. He edo'd the jinkkurikis after he learned. Unless nagato collected jirayais DNA from the fight before he went to the bottom. Then its not happening. I'm sure kabuto would have brought him back. And madara . he has been dead. Unless he went searching while he was off panel. On his way to the obito fight. Then idk
