Description: This technique launches condensed fire chakra in the form of a tangible blood-red colored net, generated from the blade length, and simply throws it over the intended target with a simple slashing motion from the blade. The net further binds and restricts an opponent’s movements by constricting to its form. This net appears elongated and somewhat narrow. After throwing the net, the user stabs the net with the tip of their blade, creating orbs of fire along the outside length of the net, which explode like linked land-mines in a domino formation, leading toward the target bound under the net. When the orbs come into direct contact with the intended target, they create a tremendously large and devastating explosion.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle
Note: Has to wait one turn in order to use this technique again

I understand that I can immobilize my opponent and then burn him to a crisp. :leaf:
Its perfect for technique to use on a target that doesn't know your exact location. It can be used from long distance. Can counter a close combat technique with this jutsu.

I would recommend you to have a clone and/or a summon ready before you perform this technique so they can assist you in keeping the opponent in place and/or making a combo.
It is preferable to throw the net when being on a higher location from the ground your opponent is standing on (example: mid-air or standing on a high place). This will make it easier to immobilize the opponent. Off course you can still use it when on the same ground level your opponent is standing on.
About your question, the net's length is long range but the width is around 5 meters. That means that it can constrict someone/something having a width of around 3 meters and twice the height of an average human being.

I take out my sword and imbue it with fire chakra. I then slash the air, releasing a long blood-red net, made out of condensed fire chakra, towards the dummy. The net wraps the dummy, leaving a net trail, I stab the net with the tip of my sword, causing orbs to start erupting towards the dummy. Once the erupting orbs hit the dummy, it creates a huge explosion, destroying the dummy completely.

So yeah its real basic, there was a part where once it hits the ground it causes a small tremor causing the opponent to lose balance but I had to take that out cause I had to explain how it caused a tremor. -___-

As I channel my raiton chakra into my right hand, I raise my hand above my head as I make the raiton chakra turn into a ringed sphere of energy.
When it is fully formed, I hurl the ringed sphere at the ground, manipulating the sphere to zigzag through the ground towards my target then suddenly rise up from the ground at the target just before hitting him.

Description: After performing the Dragon → Bird → Tiger hand seals, the user will mold their fire chakra and release it into the ground by slamming their hands down; causing a lotus flower made out of flames, to encase the opponent. The opponent will sustain 2nd degree burns from the intense flames. Once the oppoenent has been trapped, the user will perform the Rat hand seal and then slams their hands onto the ground, releasing their fire chakra, causing the lotus flower to burst open (bloom) releasing a phoenix that launches the opponent into the sky and then explodes.

This net appears elongated and somewhat narrow and can vary in size depending on what the user sees fit (cannot imprison something larger than half the size of Gamabunta). After throwing the net, the user can stab the net with the tip of their weapon by, for example, throwing the weapon towards the net or alternatively perform the tiger hand seal. Doing so will create orbs of fire on the constricted parts of the net that soon after erupt into a large and devastating explosion.
