Description: The user performs the hand seals boar>>Ram>>Horse then clapping his hands together the user creates two large-sized hands having a maximum size of 5 metres in length and 3 metres in breadth, but the user can vary the size of the hands, with the minimum size being that of a normal hand. The hands can manifest solid-like properties, being able to deal physical damage (all within reason), it can also manifest a blunt wind force as strong as a powerful wind storm, however the user cannot manifest both, further more, the wind hands is not attached to the user but is created above the user, within short range. While the jutsu is active, the users hands has to remain together and cannot use another technique. The speed of the hands is as fast as a generic wind jutsu, finally the hands can be used for different purposes, only limited to the users imagination (also within reason, the hands cannot perform handseals for a jutsu for example), and also each hand can perform entirely different task, depending on the user, but the hands cannot be more than 10 meters apart.
Note: The user cannot use wind for the turn after technique is used.
Note: Can be used twice, with a three move interval.

Can I make the hands smaller or bigger at my will when some time has passed while the technique is active?
Can I make the hands somehow gain a spike like outer structure in order to deal some piercing damage on my opponent?
Can I take control of the wind storm when it is released?
- Fling myself upwards in case any danger arises beneath up
- Grab the opponent and crush him
- Create a wind storm around myself if any weapon sort of techniques approach me
- Levitate in the air by making use of the hands as some foundation or support
- Can't think of anything else at this point.

First question is a no, once it is made, the size cannot be changed
Second is a no:|
You can manipulate the wind storm as you would the hands, so I guess you could control it when it is released

Description: The user holds out his index and middle finger, then the user concentrates his chakra on the fingers, creating a somewhat blade of wind, that encloses his hand(much like the third raikage two finger hell stab tech) then he manipulates it to extend in length at a fast rate to easily pierce through a target.

-User cannot use wind in the same and in the next turn
-User cannot use another S rank tech. in the same
-Can only be taught by elmage

Oh wow, thought I was gonna learn only one technique o_o
The second one is pretty much self explanatory. Just create a condensed wind chakra into your index and middle finger and release it forward in form of a blade of wind that would travel straight quickly.
