Damage Points: N/A (30 if the victim breaks free)
Description: The user shoots a bolt of lightning towards the enemy, however once it hits, it doesn't do damage to the victim, instead it puts static electricity in them and sticks them into any surface they touch (including themselves). The victim must be Sage rank or have enhanced strength to break through the static charge, if they do, the electricity will discharge but they will take a little electrocution.
Note: Must wait 1 turn to use again.
Note: Only three times per battle

Ok first focus on your lightning chakra to your hand and try to channel it out like a wave rather than concentrated.

I assume that there is a clone near to me.

Looking at the clone, I start by channeling my lightning chakra into my right hand while compressing it using shape manipulation to give it the properties like static energy. Then I lift my hand and shoots the lightning in form of a wave towards the clone. If it is hit, the clone would gain static energy and if anything touches him, it gets stuck to him.

Channel your lightning chakra to your palms and release a discharge of light while also intensifying its sound similar to chidori. The discharge can also be considered as an extension of yourself, allowing you to sense chakra as the discharge expands into your surroundings. Lemme know if there are something you don't understand.

Description: The user channels lightning chakra to his palm and releases an outburst of lightning chakra causing a discharge a large amount of light. With this effect, the victim will be blinded by light at the same time hurting their ears with the huge screech noise generated by lightning. The flares of the discharge can sense chakra they come contact with. The user can either use this opportunity to escape or attack.
Note: Usable 2 times per battle.
Note: Requires gap of three turns between each use

I then increase the power of that said lightning chakra to be highly bright and give off a screeching sound which I then fire it towards the clone causing it to be immediately blinded and then poof into smoke due to the pain from the screeching noise.

The blindness lasts like only for a turn?
Oh and will the screeching noise produce headache? confusion?

Nonono...The jutsu doesn't cause damage, only blinds like a flash bomb along with screeching sound, nothing more nothing less. No headaches or pain or whatever, just stunned. It blinds while the light lasts on the field, which mean only the same turn you use it.

Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30

Description: The user performs two hand seals and channels his chakra into the brain of his opponent and alters his sense of balance. The user knowing the center of gravity of the opponent, will try and alter it in such a way that he would shift it towards his left or right, or even forwards or backwards causing the opponent himself to suddenly feel himself being titled to that said direction. If the center of gravity is totally tilted towards a direction, he (opponent) will soon fall onto the ground. The falling motion within the Genjutsu also takes place in the real world causing him to fall down just like in the Genjutsu.

Since this technique is quite simply and self-explanatory, just ask questions if you have some ~_~

Useful genjutsu, allows the user to influence the opponent's sense of direction/gravity, as a result, their movements as well. Works well with earthquake like techniques, making the illusion much more believable. No questions U_U
