TOP 20 , we don't know if izanagi works for killing another people because it activates and the victim doesn't know he's in a genjutsu, but what happens if the victims realizes he's in a genjutsu when he tries to kill himself?

In my opinion kotoamatsukami doesn't work for killing another people, but with izanagi he's top 20 IMO
