One barely needs to know about animation to understand that naruto's is pretty bad, and many times, it looks like fan animations.

I'm not talking about this scene, and I know that this is about the art work in that particular moment, but still, the art work is part of the animations, and that's thw worst aspect of naruto's animation.

You say as if they weren't paid for this. It's their job, and they should do it correctly. So, if one's job is hard, he can do it in a shitty way, and there's no problem, because it's hard? Good luck trying to find a job with that mindset.

Anyway, the time they have is not an excuse to the fact that the animation looks like fan animations many times, nor to the fact that the art work is bad/poor most of the times.
