Kages, Kisame is near or equal to a Kage, and he took out the 4 tails alone. So for all of them at once, the beasts would lose, unless they did a huge Tailed Beast Bomb, but that's like a nuke, so plot no jutsu ftw on that lol

Idk if I'm the only one who thinks this but bijus are overrated...They are said to have huge amounts of chakra and get beat by mere human beings...So kages for me.

I think that is what he meant, so that is like 50 people, overpowered to the max, you got edo tensei, too, so powerful ninjas from the past, FTG and other S/T jutsu, and fire masters, water masters, shadow masters, etc
