Evolution of Dojutsu

So i guess you probably know that ems eventually with the right training of course, evolves into the rinnegan. but where does the byakugan come into the evolution process?

the byakugan does not upgrade it stays the byakugan as the byukugan is much different your are born with it and it does not turn off where as the sharingan your are not born with you must earn and can deactivate it

the byakugan can be deactivated in a whay like how the veins pop out when its being used and go away when not but the eyes are always white
