I think she is referring to maybe Sarada being a mix of Uchiha and Uzumaki (remember Uzumaki are related to Senju)

Wasn't it said in the manga that to unlock the rinnegan you need the Hagaromo's chakra; meaning Indra and Ashura's chakra combined. Madara got it only after transplanting Hashirama's cells. It doesn't mean that just any Senju/Uzumaki and Uchiha DNA will unlock it.

To that I would say, it can only be speculation. It could be possible however, we no nothing of the requirements for those eyes, and that is assuming that these eyes are not a drawing mistake.

EDIT: Narutopedia claims that those eyes are his MS, which I believe makes more sense.

Yep. And since Naruto and Sasuke, the respective reincarnations of Ashura and Indra are alive now, no one but Sasuke/Naruto has the chance to unlock the Rinnegan.
