Hello everyone . today i shall share my two theories with you - which i call the greatest mother & son tag team & the evil sage of six paths .
In chapter 646 the battle between endo hashirama & endo Madara , Madara Reveals the origins of chakra.

The Jubi Got mad at Kaguya & Only Wanted kaguya !

After kaguya Separated her Son From the jubi's Control & Separated the jubi-chakra From the Jubi Body
The Sage of six paths Came Back to consciousness and Sealed the Jubi-Chakra inside HimSelf Then Sealed The Jubi's Body inside The Moon !
after becoming the first jinchuriki, the sage of six paths proceeded to live his life untill his death bed, where he believed the jubi would come back even thou it is sealed within him

Kaguya used her Holy Powers To Separate the The Sage of Six paths From the jubi control While simultaneously Separating The Jubi Chakra From The Jubi's Body
Remember kaguya body may not be compatible with her holy powers since she got them as a steroid & wasn't naturally birthed with her powers. so using her powers on this scale could of turned her body in to a natural entity of nature energy ( reaper death seal )
