In NV we all know that evil/prodigy vs good/late bloomer always fight. Indra vs Ashura, Madara vs Hashi, Sasuke vs Naruto. But in 1 battles it's the opposite and that's Obito vs Kakashi. Obito is evil but a late bloomer and Kakashi is good but a prodigy. So, what makes the Ashura reincarnations always win? Their late blooming or because they're good. So it makes a huge question on who would have won that fight if Obito didn't want Kakashi to stab him.

If we see in details, Obito was never Evil, but he was Late bloomer. He was a small of Ashura incarnation . he was kind but powerless, Kakashi meanwhile was good and prodigy. These two characters were changed by circumstances, unlike Indra/Madara/Sasuke/Naruto/Hashirama/Ashura whose fate was bounded from the beginning. So i dont think you are making a good comparison.

Obito had OP techniques by that time (Uchiha and Senju). But then again, Kakashi is very smart and had Kurama's chakra, so he would have higher durability than usual.

Hard to tell who would have won, but I would go with Obito.

Itachi is good and a prodigy. Hashirama wasn't really much of a late bloomer if he was already stronger than Madara when they were kids. Sasuke is questionable. If he was a prodigy, he should be graduating already instead of waiting until age 12. Then again, that's the peace times not the war times lol
