Evidence Naruto and Sasuke ran out of Hagaromo's shared chakra

Every shinobi has their own chakra which they can make an infinite amount of but only they can make it and they can only contain so much of it. Hagaromo's chakra does not belong to Naruto or Sasuke, it belongs to Hagaromo just like the tailed beasts must kneed their own chakra when Naruto runs out of it he is simply borrowing the chakra from the tailed beasts within him. Hagaromo shared a fraction of his chakra with them in order to assist them in sealing defeating and sealing Kaguya, but they once they use his chakra it's gone and they cannot regenerate it because it is not the chakra that is unique to them.

This would explain why Naruto cannot regenerate truth seeking balls, and after VOTE2 he is never seen with them again even though he had 3 left during the clash of rasenshurikens and indras arrow. Naruto is never seeing flying after this clash either. The fact is that they used up the last of Hagaromo's chakra in that clash. Sasuke only used black chidori once in order to not use up Hagaromo's chakra so fast, he needed to use a powerful attack to hold Madara down or whatever, but afterwards we never see him use that ability again because he was reserving Hagaromo's chakra for the seal and whatever came afterward.

Naruto's chakra modes have changed too, his face is no longer flesh toned, he still has the bijuu chakra that Obito gave him so he's still more powerful than before with the bijuu chakra but he just doesn't have the truth seeking balls, flight, or Hagaromo's extra special chakra. We see him use 3 different versions of bijuu mode after VOTE2 and perhaps they are all for different combat situations, but none of them are the same as the one he took during the end of the war with the truth seeking balls and flight, nor does Sasuke ever use his powered up black chidori again.

Naruto now has all the bijuu chakra in significant amount and Sasuke maintains his special sharinnegan so they still are different.

It's been shown time and again that someone with much less chakra can still use it better than someone with a lot more chakra otherwise Naruto and Sasuke wouldn't have been able to do shit to Kaguya Obito or Madara so I'm sure their adult forms would still kick their VOTE2 forms' asses due to experience.

Well it makes sense that the body would only be able to naturally recover chakra that initially belonged to itself (i.e. Sakura can't give people chakra with Byakogou and then give them permanent powerups). But I haven't looked at enough post-manga stuff to definitively say that you're right. Good theory though.

There have also been cases where Shinobi had their chakra permanently altered by another's chakra, though. For instance, Obito/Naruto can fully exhaust their chakra (having Bijuu extracted, fighting for long periods of time, etc.), but they still have part of the Bijuu chakra within them; it's why Obito was able to steal some Bijuu chakra from Madara, and why Naruto is still a "meeting place" for the Bijuu despite losing Hagoromo's Seal and having used up all his chakra fighting Sasuke.

The Kin Gin bros are another example; their bodies were changed by Kurama's chakra, and they became pseudo Jinchuuriki from that point on.

The Sharingan are yet another interesting example; they seem to contain a bit of the Uchiha's chakra, even if they're removed from that Uchiha's body (and presumably cannot regenerate chakra on their own). Sasuke gained chakra from obtaining the EMS, and Obito stated that the Rinnegan's strong chakra was too strong for him to control, thus preventing him from transplanting both eyes.

Anyway, I agree that Naruto/Sasuke lost the Seals from Hagoromo, but I believe it's debatable what powers they lost, exactly. Clearly Sasuke's body was changed (probably by Hagoromo's chakra, but maybe by Hashirama's cells). Naruto's body was similarly altered, certainly by Bijuu chakra, but possibly by Hagoromo's chakra. It's possible that the only powers they lost were the actual Chibaku Tensei Seal.

Each of their Chakra upon receiving their gifts from Hagoromo became somewhat like his own, allowing Sasuke to awaken Rinnegan and Naruto to gain RSM.

These are Rikudou powers for those that have rikudou Chakra, hence Sasuke and Naruto have rikudou chakra, though not Hagoromo's but their own unique rikudou chakra :sdo2:

If you want proof then just look at how Obito still was able to use RSM even after not being a Juubi Jinchuuriki. His body and chakra were altered to allow that

Sasukes eye was changed but he doesn't have the rikudou chakra that allowed him to use black chidori any longer, he has a rinnegan which produces its own chakra like Obito said. He draws much of his extra power from that. That is the mutation to his body that he has retained however Hagaromo's chakra that he was givin was finite, same with Naruto. Although Naruto seems to have received a mutation to his body, which changed the way his chakra modes look, but they don't have tsb or flight but are still more powerful.

Hagoromo spread his Chakra too when he found Ninshuu . he gave it humans and they are able to regenerate it even after getting exhausted
So why naruto & sasuke wouldn't be able to regenerate it ?and naruto was flying in The Last : Nauto the Movie .
