i answered this already as well but here goes:kak killed rin cuz mist (he couldnt see) mist ninja possessed rin made her do things..........
rin attacked leaf ninja cuz the mist ninja controlled her..........kak was controlled ..........kak & rin were fooled by genjutsu............
obito was just seeing things.......madara's plot........rin had secrets about leaf............rin became anbu & did missions with kakashi.........
things like that...........or Zetsu were playing a video to Obito of what happended earlier perhaps on the battlefield, zetsu can record images of events it sees and play them for later..............
it was the only way kakashi could think to stop her..........with all the mist ninja around.......he thought they were done for.......

I don't agree with you. How do you explain the part when Zetsu talks about guinea pigs from Mist, and if I understood your answer, you are saying that kak and rin were fooled by Mist ninja. But that doesn't make sense since

guinea pigs from the mist part stems from yagura or whoever was the kage at the time didnt want the mist to be called the bloddy mist because wanted to be peaceful village Image wise , then they got a visit from zetsu (traveling zetsu) offering something perhaps made a deal but they tried to take Rin and Obito showed up & killed them....
