First of all, we have to look at what Obito told naruto in chapter 611...
Obviously, obito is very upset for the reality of the shinobi world. However, we sould remember that Nagato thought the same way because Yuhiko died and eventually killed almost the entire leaf villege population....Nevertheless, Naruto managed to change him and he ultemately ended up using his reenegan to revive most of the people he killed. Therefore, I believe that at the end of the day Naruto will manage to change Obito and he, feeling bad for killing so many people, will use his Rinne Tensei no jutsu to revive Naji, Shikamaru and Ino's dads ect. Remember that Oito can use this Jutsu...
Also remeber that the special power Naruto has is "The Power of Changing People." He managed to change Nagato, the nine tails and gara....Why wouldnt he be able to change Obito who also use to be good...Futher proves are evidenced throughout the manga...He has been hesitating about killing Kakashi and other....That doesnt mean he's entirely good but as seen in last chapter, he is just testing Naruto's combition. At the end of chapter 614 he toldNaruto that "Didnt you said you wouldnt let your friends die," which means he is just testing if Naruto will fail where he failed. Finally, If they are going to defeat Madara, they need the help of Sasuke and Obito and the final strategy of Shikamaru's fatherbecause so far Madara has taken down more than half of the Shinobi Alliance himself....So what do you guys think? It is possible that at the end when he is defeat Obito will try to make it up to everybody and use the Rinne Tensei no Jutsu to revive everyone so that the "Hatred Course" that Jiraya talked about will end......Remember that the plot of the entire serie is that Naruto has to find the answer for that....
