I think you forgot to mention that the only reason Sasuke was even capable of breaking Tsukuyomi was due to his familial ties with Itachi.

nope. itachi said someone with the same blood as him can break it. obvious hyperbole as he has no way of knowing this for sure and begs the question why he didnt use those two tsukiyomi uses on kid sasuke on someone whos an actual threat to konoha
