Im assuming you mean FRS, i.e. Fuuton- Rasenshuriken?

Also I strongly disagree with your logic. If a rasensuriken was flying at sasuke and he used amaterasu on it, it would simply light on fire. Then there would be a flaming rasenshuriken flying towards him. Amatersu has never shown to stop somethings momentum or restrict movement. So basically I don't see your point. Yes fire is strong against wind but the jutsu would still be going anyway.
