Everyone is severely underrating kakashi and severely overrating obito

Untrue, obito can use the jinchuuriki paths as nagato used normal corpses as paths. Obito just needs the bijuu's chakra & the corpses, which he has.

Kabuto simply made the paths immortal, nothing more.

Point is that he captured one of the fastest characters in the manga with one of his weakest moves. If he can capture naruto with mokuton then he sure as hell can capture kakashi too.

Mokuton is not his fort. It's for that reason he never uses it. When you fight, you always use your best move. If Obito didn't use it, it simply means it's not good for his fighting style, it's useless, it would make no difference. Proof of it is that i can count the number of time he even used Mokuton during this entire manga. So talking about Mokuton as an excuse makes no sense at all. I could also say that Kakashi without his thousand jutsus defeated Obito when you're at it

Doesnt matter if he's not good at mokuton, he can still use it to restrain even one of the fastest characters. It wouldnt be useless because it comes from his arm. Now tell me why obito would use chakra steak for his final blow when he has mokuton which is 10x deadlier?

Obito's arsenal consist of the jinchuuriki paths, in a perfect fight portraying both of their abilities, obito clearly comes out on top because of kamui & the outer path. The gedo mazou is enough to stomp kakashi if you wanna exclude the jinchuuriki paths (even though its a part of his outer path as well).

I saw you call obito a fodder in another thread which is completely untrue. The fact that you would even say that makes you lose credibility, as nothing has changed...

Nagato can control 6 bodies by himself & obito is better at using the outer path than him. Its also confirmed that obito is using his chakra to control the jinchuuriki, so if it was kabuto's edo tensei that was controlling the paths then obito wouldnt be in control of them. The black rods are what keep the bijuu in the bodies, not their souls. Edo tensei ends when the soul gets sealed. Outer path ends when you remove the steaks. Son goku even said that obito's outer path is the reason why the bijuu are being bound to the bodies. Edo tensei is simply keeping them immortal.

You mean he captured someone who was trying to protect another? Naruto was even static at that moment. There was no speed involvement during that event, so i don't see the point

Which mokuton are you talking about? The only thing i've seen him capable to create on his own is that root from his arm and it's nowhere near deadly

Obito used a basic level of mokuton against the hiden mist ninja at some points. Every one of obito's mokuton attacks killed the anbu ninja.

I know that was obito + zetsu, but mokuton is still mokuton. Its still as hard & strong as any other tree, so It would cause the same ammount of damage.

Anyways as I was saying, why didnt obito use mokuton in a situation where it would clearly be more beneficial?

And again, the point of my post was to talk about Obito's skills, not from someone/something that helps him to fight. I already know that with Gedo Mazo(or Juubi), he would win, but that was besides the point. Gedo Mazo alone would never beat Kakashi though. Kakashi almost one-shoted it in 2 occasions if not Obito's interference

Obito's skills consist of the outer path, the gedo mazou is part of the outer path. Taking away something that "helps" him fight is taking away his skill at using the rinnegan. How about I take away FTG from minato, after all it simply "helps" him fight.

Everyone is complaining how naruto has senju dna, kurama and such but they don't realize sasuke is possibly the most intelligient shinobi in nv and that naruto really isn't that great at fighting besides spamming his clones. Powerups aren't everything it's how the character utilizes the powers which in naruto's case he doesn't spamming clones is his specialty and without it hes nothing.

It's a story... he lost due to never being a top of the line ninja, the subtle flashbacks comparing the current battle to their past spars proves that, he just got exposed cause he couldn't use his overpowered turn in to a ghost jutsu that he only got by chance, his eye was only for the outer path... I like Obito as much as the next guy but Kakashi is a beast and straight handled him, and now Madara is handling his will power. People should really learn to stop d*ck riding only certain characters and learn how to actually take the entire story in. PLOT = STORY. Saying anyone got beat by the "STORY" makes you look like a raging fanboy and a fool.
