Wow, I knew that Sasuke sliced Madz in half before he went to the kamui dimension, but I just noticed how ridiculous this panel looks with him just being a floating torso in no pain at all and casually speaking to Obito.

Madara is immortal after absorbing the shinjuu, i doubt cutting the body in half made any difference to him (he can still regenerate as well) :/

Considering the fact that Madara's ravaged body was healed after he absorbed the God Tree and didnt bleed when sliced in half we can safely assume his body is no longer comparable to human physiology.
