Without faith and religion, a person becomes immoral, and nothing restrains him, except the law! Change laws where everything is possible, and faith is always with you, it will not give hope even in the most difficult situation

And the hope you speak of, is pure delusions and a presumptuous outlook on life. You don't need religion to have standards, values, compassion,worth, self-esteem, and a realistic
understanding of things and situations. Religion just distorts everything, it

Sure, some people need guidelines, cause the people around them aren't fit and do disgraceful things behind closed doors.And religion happens to be the perfect ESCAPE, for those who don't wanna learn the real way. Religion is typically hypocrisy.
