True there is no proof minato or itachi is stronger. For me I think Itachi is stronger. You forgot one thing. Tobi said "if itachi knew about me then I would have finished" (when sasuke woke up in the strange room and after tobi showed his eye to sasuke.) <- that sound is like itachi can beat tobi in one shot or so. that mean itachi > Tobi. Its unfair tobi knew itachi and itachi doesn't know tobi. If they have a fari fight itachi would have won. sorry but there is the fact.
